A Lifetime of Wonder – This photo was taken of my friend’s daughter, Trinity, during a day at the Houston Zoo. We were enjoying the kid’s portion of the zoo when I saw Trinity walk to this semi-opaque window and look through it. A couple of things ran through my mind when I saw her doing this — 1) kids are so full of wonderment and 2) wow, that looks like a moon! Naturally, I had to snap a couple of shots before we moved on to the next section. This photo moves up and down my favorites list all the time (as do many of my photos based on my mood that day), but wherever it falls, it always tends to be near the top of the pack.
