Yesterday, I received a great email from a fellow photography enthusiast who hails from Texas, but is currently living in Amsterdam. Among other things, she told me about a new flickr-friendly service called Moo. Moo.com is a business outfit that is currently giving away 10 free photo contact cards (much like a business card, but presented in a non-standard size) to the first 10,000 Flickrites who come calling. I did just that yesterday; I came calling.
Now, I can’t vouche for the quality of the cards yet, as I only placed my order 24 hours ago, but I do know a deal when I see one, and 10 free of anything (seriously…no strings, no shipping costs!) sounds good to me. My understanding is that they are printed on hearty card stock and have a professional finish. The best thing about the deal? Each card can use a different photo. Gone are the days of ordering 100 contact cards, each displaying the same photo. That alone makes this deal worth a look…doesn’t it?
