About Slight Clutter Photography
Katya Horner, better known as “Slight Clutter” in the photography community, is a professional freelance photographer based in Houston who is as comfortable with editorial and commercial work as she is with fine art photography. Her photos have been seen in over 50 print and online publications, among them the Texas editions of Where Guestbook, Downtown Magazine (Houston), Continental Airlines In-Flight Magazine, Architectural Digest, Art Lies: A Contemporary Art Journal, ArtsHouston Magazine, Cowboys & Indians Magazine, Common Ground (National Parks Service), Florida Coast Living, Fender Bender Magazine, WSJOnline and File Magazine. She has also had work licensed for a Sony product campaign and the Papyrus Pet Sympathy line of greeting cards.
Her fine art photography has been exhibited locally in Houston, Texas at the Houston Center for Photography, Gallery M2, The Arts Alliance Center of Clear Lake, Houston’s City Hall Annex, and both major airports. It has also been on display at Field Guide (Lark Hotels), Depaul University, the Houston METRO Transit Center and Santa Fe Municipal Airport. Six of her photos are included in the permanent collection at Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas via her participation in the Fotofest Biennial.
She has a number of photos distributed by Image Conscious out of San Franscisco as open-edition fine art prints and posters.
